Monday: closed
Tuesday to Friday: 9.30 am – 5 pm
Saturday to Sunday: 10 am – 5 pm
Public holidays: 10 am – 5 pm

Saxon autumn and winter holidays: Monday to Friday 9.30 am – 5 pm, Saturday and Sunday 10 am – 5 pm

Public holidays, Easter Monday, Whit Monday, 26 December: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

24, 25 and 31 December, 1 January: closed

Free entrance on every 1st Sunday of the month!

Several lockers for groups and individuals are available in the entrance area of the museum.

Accessibility

The museum building is wheelchair accessible and has an elevator.

A handicapped accessible WC and a changing room are available.

A wheelchair can be borrowed free of charge.

3 disabled parking spaces are located opposite the main museum portal, Marienplatz/Elisabethstraße (30 m), barrier-free access.
